So usually my New Year's Resolution is to NOT make a New Year's resolution. This year I have GOT to. I am going to lose some weight. It is unbelievable how much weight I have gained in the past 10 years of being married and having 2 kids. What is even scarier is the fact that I am 10 pounds heavier right now than I was 9 months pregnant with Jackson! ACK!
So this is what I am doing. I am going to blog my progress, and be commited to it. I have to. My kids will thank me, James will thank me (I am going to be working on him too!), and my knees will thank me too! I know I already have arthur in them. So, I am a whopping _ _ _ pounds! Can you believe that crap? Yeah, I may not look it, but thankful to be tall and 'big boned'. (I really do believe in that term). So as of today, I am really going to make an effort. I am going to be more active and exercise more and try to watch what I eat. Once I start getting towards a goal of losing 30 pounds (to start), I will let you know what my actual starting weight is. So please help me out, remind me if you see me eating crap!! I need all the help I can get!!
