Well, I weighed tonight while I was here at work. I will continue to use these scales to weigh. So far so good! In a little over a week I'm down 3 pounds! Not much, but at least it's a beginning! I've been starting out my meals with a large salad and fat free salad dressing, trying to up my protein and lower my carbs, though I will NEVER delete my carbs - that is just way too impossible for me! Portion control and exercise, these are my two main things to work on so far.
