I forgot to post last Saturday, so it's been a while. I did weigh at work last Saturday and I'm down one more pound! Total of 7 now. I have started to drink some Slim Fast shakes for breakfast in the morning instead of popping a poptart in my mouth. They have being doing a pretty good job in keeping me full for a while! I have a hard time having another one for lunch, by then I usually am wanting some food.
I took a walk the other day when it was nice. Went with Kelsey and the boys. Instead of just going one like I usually do, since I had someone with me to talk to we went another round. I think about 3 times or so is a mile, so maybe next time I'll shoot for 3.
Need to go get Carson up for school and have my shake, so until I weigh again!! (Probably tomorrow)
